To become a part of Belize’s first Real Estate Portal, simply take photos of your property, create a description, and attach your contact information. Send the information to our office, or email us the details at listings@belizerealestateportal.com. Don’t have a digital camera? Then make an appointment. We will be more than happy to assist you in obtaining professional photos of your property.

What does it cost to be listed on Belize Real Estate Portal?

There are 4 listing options:

• Premium Listings ($100 / 1 month) - ($250 / 3 months 17% savings) - ($450 / 6 months 25% savings)

Premium listings are displayed and rotated on all pages. This type of listing affords your property maximum exposure. You will have the ability to show photos of your property and the property description along with your contact information, including email and website address.

• Regular Listings ($60/ 1 month) - ( $150 / 3 months 17% savings) - ($270 / 6 months 25% savings)

Regular listings allow you to list your property in the searchable database. You will have the ability to show photos of your property and the property description along with your contact information, including your email and website address.

• Business Listings and Links ($250 / 1 year)

Our business listing provides you the opportunity to list your business under a specific category. (Contractors) You will be able to display your company logo, a description of your company, special offers, and your contact information including your telephone, fax, email and website address links.

• Agent Listings ($250 yearly membership fee)

Agents who have 5 or more properties can sign up and become a member of the website. Benefits include a personalized email address (anything@belizerealestateportal.com) and a 40% discounted rate for listing properties. A property photo shoot within Belize City costs only BZ $35. Please contact us for photo shoots outside Belize City limits. Payments can be made in Cash or through Checks, Bank Deposits, or Western Union.
